In the search for a brick and mortar presence for Rose Vintage Candleworks, we discovered months to years long wait lists for booth space in our area. Thus was born Rose Vintage and Antique Market. The location is not 100% set, several spaces are being considered in the Waterford and Clarkston, MI area. But we are now accepting applications for vendors who are interested in selling in our new store. Here's your chance to get in on the ground floor of a new exciting business.

We officially secured our space. We will be located at 2523 Elizabeth Lake Rd, Waterford, MI!!!! Plan is to start moving in the beginning of June. 

We are looking for those who want to sell Antiques, Vintage Items, Handmade pieces or Up-cycled projects. Booth space rental will be monthly, cost determined by square footage, see example price list below. Vendors will have freedom to design their booth anyway they would like within a couple parameters.

 

Vendors will be required to restock and clean their booth at least twice a month. Vendors also required to work 1 shift a month in the store that will be on a sign up basis. If unable to work shift it can be covered for a small fee. 

Other features of the store will include a Cafe serving delicious local coffee and light fare. Store website will also feature an auction which vendors will be allowed to sell 2 items a month. Property will also include an event room that can be rented for classes or small events. 

10% surcharge on all sales. A security deposit will be required and monthly payments are due on the first of each month.   

Expected store hours will be:

Tues., Wed., Thurs., Fri. 11-6 

Sat. and Sun. 9-7

Mon. closed

Once your booth is set up and stocked, you can rest easy and let u us take if from there. Customers will be able to buy your products six days a week. We will handle checkout and take payments, collect and distribute tax and  send profit pay out monthly.

typical booth:

10x10 $175 /month    (first 3 months only $150/month)   

8x6 $125/month         (first 3 months only $100/month)

2x4 $100/month         (first 3 months only $75/month)

1x2 $85/month           (first 3 months only $50/month)

jewelry cases $75       (first 3 months only $50/month)

 

(there will be space for larger booths if you would like to sell something like up-cycled furniture pieces.)(booth rental price will be guaranteed on a yearly basis)
